Confidentiality agreement between companies. We are business partners when you enter into this type of service agreement.
Full transfer of all security creditials to XBRL Solutions Limited; customer company is just able to use and can't make any changes without going through our ICT team. We will make all changes for you after proper testing and authorization has been obtained.
Provision of IT strategy planning which changes as environment changes and is tailored to business of customer. (which is why the need to develop the trust and confidence needed in a business partner role).
Levels of Support are avaliable:
Break/Fix support.
5 working days, 7:30am to 5pm telephone based support with onsite (Trinidad only) assistance if needed.
Proactive Monitoring of ICT infrastructure on a 24/7 basis by automated
support. (system will be remotely monitored via a custom software solution),
Scheduled maintenance according to a predefined pattern.
Note: Hardware replacement incase of failure not included. We depend on vendor warranties for that service. Where company does not have warranty on equipment a risk analysis will be undertaken and depending on results certain critical equipment will be stocked.
